Hola
a todos, peregrinos!!
Hoy
Hi
all, pilgrims !!
Today
we take first step on our way to happiness.
Hoy
This
is the first entry in a series of 5, where we will talk about the 3
main topics to achieve a stable and lasting happiness.
cosa fundamentales:
To
evolve as people and achieve happiness, we need three basic things:
Dejar
el pasado atrás
Agradecer
el presente
Amarte
a ti mismo y a tu propia vida.
Forgive
the past behind
Be
grateful with the present
Loving
yourself and your own life.
Digamos
a vamos a reformar nuestra casa.
Let's
say we reform our house. The first thing to do is remove the tiles
you want to change, remove old paint ...
Then
we will fix and prepare the house. we will repair broken or chipped
areas and we will get everything ready.
Finally,
we put tiles and slabs, paint the walls, put furniture and decorate
the house.
Hoy
Today
we get rid of old things, what does not work. Today we forgive and
forget. Forgiving those who have hurt us.
And
you might think: "Mary, I can not forgive this than someone did
to me. It was horrible and has totally changed my life. "
Perdonar
no es aprobar un comportamiento. Perdonar es aceptar lo que paso y
liberarte de esa carga. Fuera cual fuere. Esto no tiene nada que ver
con la otra persona. Esto es para ti y por ti. La otra persona no es
necesario ni que lo sepa.
Forgiveness
is not approved a bad behavior. To forgive is to accept what happened
and free yourself from that. Whatever it may be. This has nothing to
do with the other person. This is to you and for you. The other
person doesn't need even know.
Ciertamente
Certainly
I say: If you do not forgive that person and let go of all the damage
he has done to you, you will continue tormenting for the rest of your
life. The only way that person will not harm you anymore, is
forgiving. Also, forgive make us free. And that feeling of freedom,
makes us evolve.
Maybe
you say, "I do not need this. I can live with it". Maybe
if. Everybody needs these exercises. Because we take decisions
incoscientes function of the feeling we have about the past.
Déjeme
hablarte de nuestra tomas de decisiones. Hay dos maneras de tomar
decisiones:
y rabia. Estas decisiones, no traen nada bueno consigo.
Let
me tell you of our decision making. There are two ways of making
decisions:
The
first is objectively. Make a decision, analyzing the impact, making
us responsible for these effects. Decisions taken with assertiveness
and empathy. (We'll discuss this in the future), ie, in a rational
manner.
The
second way is the way subjective. That is, letting the emotions
juegen a role. If emotions are love, entusiamos, joy, illusion. It's
hard to make a mistake. It may be a good or a bad decision but if you
create these sentimintos in us, what is certain is that there will
never be a mistake.
But
on the other hand, other times we take deciones basing on feelings of
fear, selfishness, anger. These deciones not bring anything good with
them.
felices.
What
I mean is that the person who hurt you probably acted under the
pressure of a negative feeling. They were not happy people, neither
are happy in their lives.
It
is a good exercise that helps us a perdonar, know something about the
past of the person who hurt you. This is not a way to justify what he
did. But it is will help you to understand that I could not do
otherwise, because life has taught him nothing good.
Vamos
a empezar perdonando, olvidando, liberando. Para eso vamos a hacer un
ejercicio que consta de tres partes.
Let's
start forgiving. We are going to do an exercise that consists of
three parts.
Sacar
Release
the anger: For me the most useful exercise is writing a letter to
that person. We will never send the letter. We write there all our
feelings. It is also very useful hitting some pillows. or you can put
your head between the pillows and then scream out. You can also go to
the gym and hit a punching bag, go running or jump at home. Release
all that energy.
Always
positively !!! Do nothing that you can later regret.
Imagina
a esa persona pidiéndote perdón.
respeto. Me marcho para siempre y tu eres LIBRE. Adios” Mira como
cierra la puerta detrás de si.
Imagine
that person saying you " I am sorry". He or she can cry in
your mind if you need. Imagine that good things are happening for
that person: imagine that he has money, he is laughing, he is
happy. Then imagine that a door appears. That person opens the door
and says "Thank you for forgive me, you have my approval and my
respect. I leave you forever and you're FREE. Goodbye "Look how
he closes the door behind himself.
Ahora
mucho mejor. Te sientes más liberado. Ahora quema la carta o rompela
en muchos trozos y desadte de ella. (Por favor, mucho cuidado con
esto)
Now
imagine yourself with a heavy backpack. Take off the bag, throw it
into the river and watch the current taking away the backpack. You
feel more liberated.
ejercicio.
For
the simplest things, go directly to step number two. For example, if
someone was rude to you at the supermarket and you're just annoying
but not really angry, inmagine him saying " I am sorry".
For more complicated things, make the whole exercise.
Liberarte
poco a poco.
y límpialos, busca y limpia, busca y limpia.
Liberarte
takes time. Take the time you need. It is not necessary to release
you from all in one day. You can go little by little. If there is
something difficult for you to forgive, leave for later, when you
already know well the excersice and have begun to experience the
results. Search unpleasant feelings inside yourself and clean them
out.
Louse
What
we believe about ourselves and our life is what shapes our reality.
So let's make statements, to change our outlook on life, and
therefore, our reality.
Louise
Hay, an author I love, works with affirmations. I love affirmations
and we will work a lot with this.
La
receta para esta semana es:
“El
pasado no existe nunca más. Soy libre, soy feliz” (sientete libre
cuando lo dices)
The
recipe for this week is:
"The
past does not exist anymore. I am free, I am happy "(feel
released when you say)
Nota
Important
note: you head there something that says this is useless. It is
normal. Resistance are produced in your brain that they are totally
normal because our brain has to build new connections and this is an
extra work for it. Keep doing. We have an objetive, being happy. You
deserve to be happy.
Gracias
por estar ahí. Te envío todo el amor del mundo.
Thank
you for being there. I send you a lot of love
